Silver Needle tea is the most unprocessed of all teas. Young leaves are picked before they fully unfurl and then left to dry naturally. The result is a whole leaf tea, silvery in colour, with its own truly unique and delicate flavour. We source this wonderful tea from a cooperative tea estate in Eastern Nepal. It is a high grade tea and so it can be re-infused multiple times, either for a tea ceremony or mid-morning brew.
