InstaBop is a follow-up to Instapop - our 2nd most popular coffee from 2024! It's another luscious Nicaraguan coffee, but this time via a female-led cooperative working with three small farms. It's less sweet than its predecessor, with a fuller body and more acidity; a well balanced cup exactly as you would expect from the Catimore varietal. Our roast is medium-medium, making it clean and crisp on all brew methods. It might be slightly less funky than Instapop but make no mistake, this is a serious coffee, and it make us feel like dancing.
