For our latest batch of MEGA we've roasted on the lighter side of medium, to bring out the sweet and chocolatey notes! The natural process typical of Brazil brings out the fruity flavours alongside a delicate bitterness to create a fabulously balanced and aromatic coffee with great mouth feel. MEGA is going to work really well as a home espresso or hop-top, or lengthened as flat white or cappuccino. This is a microlot coffee from a farmer who is obsessed about process, choosing to dry the beans on raised beds (which is more labour intensive) to maximise quality and taste. This is fantastic specialist grade coffee from the famed Minas Gerais region and we really hope you enjoy our roast ;-)
