THE BLURB
Nicaraguan coffee is so good. We have been able to source some of this new harvest as we had a little last year and have been waiting for it to land again. A few quick notes: 1. The bean is a joy to roast; clean and consistent and ready to explode with flavour. 2. The aroma in the roastery is so perfect when we cook INSTABOP, it makes us want to dance.
