We’re roasting this natural as an all rounder. It’s a clean and balanced coffee but our medium-medium profile here makes its exciting in all sorts of cups; from home espresso right through to V60. Fresh grinding is going to help get the best from this delicate bean, but that’s not to do it down - it’s a beautiful coffee; deep custard-vanilla vibes with a cut of rhubarb chard sharpness.
