We're working with a new farm who are breathing new life into an older system; creating micro-lots with character and sun-drenched goodness. Here we have an unusual varietal which we're roasting medium-medium to express those caramel and hazelnut notes. Enjoy as family filter or with frothy-milk in your style of choice.
